Introduction

This Administration Note provides general information on arrangements and other relevant information for the 7th Steering Committee (SC) Meeting of ASEAN Plus Three FETN which will be held at in Yogyakarta Special Region Province, Indonesia on 11-12 May 2016.

Travel Costs

1. ASEAN+3 Member States and Partners shall shoulder the travel costs covering round trip air fare, lodging and per diems of their participants.  Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone charge, etc. should be borne by the participants.

2. Costs for food during the meeting of all the participants (11-12 May 2016) shall be borne by the Indonesia Ministry of Health.

Two delegates from each country.

 

Travel Arrangements

1. Indonesia MoH will shoulder the local meeting venue costs, all delegates shall bear their own expenses for the duration of the meeting (airfare, hotel accommodation, per diem and other incidental expenses). Participants are advised to reconfirm their flights early, if required by the airlines.

2. Yogyakarta is served by Adisucipto International Airport (JOG) which connects the city with other major cities in Indonesia, such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Pekanbaru, Palembang and Pontianak. It also connects the city with Singapore (operated by SilkAir and Indonesia AirAsia) and Kuala Lumpur (operated by AirAsia).

Registration

1. To confirm attendance in the meetings, all participants are requested to fill the registration form here latest on 15 April 2016.

2. Registration will start at 8:00 AM on 11 May 2016 at the Registration Desk.  Kits will be provided to the participants upon registration.

All participants are invited to:

1. Welcome Dinner, at Hotel Restaurant on 11 May 2016, 7pm

2. Farewell at Borobudur complex on 12 May 2016

 

Sightseeing

We invite all participants to attend the Borobudur Temple on 12 May 2016. Please be ready in the lobby after lunch at 13.00.

 

Identification and Security

For identification and security reasons, all participants are required to wear identification badges at all times during the sessions. These will likewise be provided upon registration.
