dr. I Nyoman Kandun, MPH

Director

Dr. Nyoman was graduated from the first batch of Indonesia’s Field Epidemiology Training Program (FETP) in 1982. At that time, FETP was an in-service program that was conducted jointly by WHO, CDC Atlanta, and Ministry of Health. Prior to his current duty as Program Director of Indonesian FETP since 2008, he has served as a civil servant for 33 years. Dr Kandun retired from the Ministry of Health in August 2008 with his last position as a Director General of Disease Control and Environmental Health.

Dyah Kusumodewi, S.Sos, M.Si

Program Officer

Dewi was graduated from School of Communication Science, Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia, and achieved her Master of Science from the School of Social and Political Science, University of Indonesia, Depok.  Besides of her current duty as a Program Manager at The Indonesian Field Epidemiology Training Program (FETP) Secretariat, Dewi has hobby reading books, and now she already collecting around 700 books.

Puji Sulistyarini, SKM

Administration Officer

Puji was graduated from School of Public Health (major in Epidemiology), University of Indonesia in 2011. Prior to her current duty as an Administration Officer at the FETP Secretariat, Puji has been worked for Sub-directorate of Zoonosis Control and CDC-Indonesia on influenza project for 3 years. In her spare time, Puji loves to surf in the internet.

dr. Yuwono Sidharta

Resident Advisor

Dr Yuwono was graduated as a Medical Doctor from University of Brawijaya in Malang, he then graduated from FETP in 1987. Dr Yuwono was working in FETP Indonesia in early 90s, then moved to Management Sciences of Health and then retired from WHO Timor Leste after 8 years of service. In November 2015, Dr Yuwono is back to FETP Indonesia as a resident advisor.

dr. Muhammad Asri, MPH

Resident Advisor

Dr Asri was born in Makassar, Indonesia, he has retired from World Health Organization – Indonesia and Indonesian Government services. Dr Asri has Master of Public Health from International Course in Health Development, Royal Tropical Institute, Amsterdam. He also graduated from Field Epidemiology Training Program (FETP), a 2 years training conducted by CDC Atlanta US and Ministry of Health Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia on December 1986. He also had Medical Doctor from Faculty of Medicine Hasanuddin University in 1981. Despite of his current duty as a Resident Advisor in FETP Indonesia, Dr Asri is also a productive author, his several books have already been published.
